I have plans...

At the moment, I can't decide if i'm going to get up early to get my jump start on my Albertsons trip on Sunday.  There's a part of me that wants to, because everytime the Twice The Value coupons come out, I always wait & miss out on the deals that I really want.

Here's the list that I've planned out so far...
**They are running a deal where if you buy 10 selected items, you get a $5.00 catalina coupon to use on your next shopping trip**  I jump started this $5.00 catalina already, in hopes to spend hardly anything out of pocket for my Doubles trips**  Also, i'm hearing that there's 3 Twice The Value coupons this Sunday & you can only use 3 per transaction, so either place the bar down or make several trips**

   Trip #1
       Buy 8 - Hamburger Helper - $0.50ea (total of $4.00)
             use 2 - $0.90/4 coupon + 2 doubles (will take $3.60 off)
             Pay: $0.40
       Buy 2 - Totinos Pizza Rolls - $0.50ea (total of $1.00)
             use $0.40/2 coupon + 1 double (will take off $0.80)
             Pay: $0.20
       Total:  $0.60 out of pocket, get $5.00 catalina

    Trip #2
         Buy 4 - Progresso Soup - $0.50ea (total of $2.00)
              use $1/4 coupon + double (will take $2.00 off)
              Pay:  $0.00 FREE
         Buy 6 - Totino Pizza Rolls - $0.50ea (total of $3.00)
              use 3 - $0.40/2 coupons + 2 doubles (will take off $2.00)
                            **i can only use 2 doubles here, because i used 1 above for the soup)
              Pay:  $1.00
         Total:  $1.00 out of pocket, get $5.00 catalina

     Trip #3
          Buy 8 Totinos Party Pizza - $0.75ea (total of $6.00)
               use 2 - $1/4 coupons + 2 doubles (will take off $4.00)
               Pay $2.00
          Buy 2 - Cocoa Puffs - $1.49ea (total of $3.00)
               use 2 - $0.75/1 coupons + 1 double (will take off $2.25)
                              **i can only use 1 double, because i used 2 above for the pizza**
               Pay: $0.75
          Total:  $2.75 out of pocket, get $5.00 catalina

**also another deal is if you spend $12.00 on any Nestle Ice Cream products, you get a $4.00 catalina to use on your next shopping trip**

      Trip #4
           Buy 2 - V8 Fusion - $2.00ea (total of $4.00)
                use $1/2 coupon + double (will take off $2.00)
                Pay: $2.00
          Buy 4 - Dreyers Ice Cream - $3.00ea (total of $12.00)
                use 2 - $1/2 coupon + 2 doubles (will take off $4.00)
                Pay: $8.00
          Total:  $10.00 (use 2 prior $5.00 catalinas) + get a $4.00 catalina to use on my next shopping trip

After these trips, I will have spent $14.35.  Trip #1 & #2 will be of course with change/cash, because I can't use my catalinas towards totals that don't total a dollar amount.  Trip #3 will be paid with my $2.00 catalina + change.  And I already explained how trip #4 will be paid.

I will still have 2 - $5.00 catalinas & 1 - $4.00 & 1 - $2.00 catalina.  Remember, I jump started my shopping already, so i have 1 - $5.00 & 1 - $2.00 catalina in my purse right now.
       
          My trip the other day:  
                        Bought 10 Hamburger Helper - $1.00ea (total of $10.00)
                             used 2 - $0.75/4 coupons & $0.80/2 coupons (took off $2.30)
                            Paid:  $7.70 out of pocket, got back $7.00 in catalina coupons
          Apparently when you buy 10 of the HH, it prints out an extra $2.00 catalina!!  So I paid $0.70 
          for 10 boxes of HH.

I've actually got a decent amount of catalina coupons/gift cards right now:

$7.00 for Albertsons
$12.00 for Walgreens/Fred Meyer
$9.00 for QFC
$5.00 gift card for Target

I'm starting to wonder if i accumulate new catalinas every week, if i can just keep rolling them week after week to hardly spend anything out of pocket at all.  That would be awesome if I could find decent deals at all the stores every week to keep it going, but that's not always the case.  But i'll try!!
